Detention Programs

Northwest ESD serves court-adjudicated juveniles housed at two county juvenile detention centers: Whatcom County in Bellingham and Skagit County in Mount Vernon. Highly individualized educational supports provide credit-retrieval, transition and life-skills development, and GED opportunities for students on a 220-day school calendar.
